Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ProSync, a web-based information system developed to support the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in managing Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) data. By accessing and using this system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using this system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the system.

2. Purpose of the System

ProSync is intended solely for official use in the profiling, verification, and management of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries under the Department of Agrarian Reform. Any use beyond its intended purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account with unauthorized individuals.
You shall not attempt to access data that you are not authorized to view.

4. Data Privacy and Protection

All personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The system implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized access or attempted access to system data
Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Interference with system security or performance
Use of the system for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Account Suspension or Termination

The Department of Agrarian Reform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if any violation of these Terms and Conditions is detected.

7. System Availability

While efforts are made to ensure system availability, DAR does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Department of Agrarian Reform shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, except as required by law.

9. Modifications

DAR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
